Brian Cohen is Pearl Media’s EVP, Real Estate & Acquisitions. Cohen started his real estate career at GVA Williams of New Jersey where he marketed and represented 1.5 million square feet of Class A & B office space.

He then took his talents to South Beach where he joined Newmark Knight Frank of Miami, one of the world’s leading commercial real estate advisory firms. While at NKF, he advised corporations, investors and property owners, implementing long and short-term strategic plans that delivered reduced occupancy costs, increased efficiencies and maximized value.

At Pearl Media, Cohen oversees all real estate functions and acquisitions. He is responsible for the development of new emerging markets, lease negotiations and securing permits.
