For 13 market stops, Pearl became ambassadors for the nation of Texas. You might have heard before that Texas is “Like a Whole Other Country,” which was just too perfect of a branding idea. We engineered kiosks that look like passport folds and visitors who stopped to register received Texas passports of their own – each embedded with RFID to activate five interactive games on the tour. Lasting visitor relationships were formed as 25% were reportedly inspired by the experience to take Texas vacations themselves.
